Transfer your slot
Something came up? You can cancel most reservations for free, hand your spot to another player, or bring someone else along. Here is how each option works.
First, try cancelling
Most reservations can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before your game, straight from My Bookings in the Kotofit app. Within 24 hours of the start time there is no refund, so a transfer is the better option.
Private court reservations
Need more players?
Our WhatsApp and WeChat communities are the fastest way to find someone. Once you have found a player, open My Bookings in the Kotofit app and tap Send Invitation. As soon as they accept they can join your game and unlock the door. If you chose to split the cost, the cost is shared equally among all invited players.
Handing your court to someone else
Send them the invitation the same way. Once they accept, they can enter the club. They need a Kotofit booking account and must have accepted the liability waiver first.
Transfer a booked open play
Use the steps below to pass an open play starting in the next 48 hours to another Kotofit player. You will settle payment directly with them.
