Kotofit clubs are unstaffed and entry is managed entirely through the Kotofit app. Everyone entering a club must be on an active reservation: there is no walk-in entry and no front desk to check in with. Book your court or open-play spot in the app before you arrive, then use the app to unlock the door (access opens 15 minutes before and closes 15 minutes after your reservation).
